Chartered on January 20, 1958, the West Branch Susquehanna Builders Association is a non-profit, professional trade organization representing 245 member companies across Lycoming County and beyond.  WBSBA members include builders, remodelers, material suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, lending institutions, utilities and others involved in the housing industry.

Building a new home, or remodeling your current home can be a big investment on your part; and that is why it’s important to use contractors and builders you can trust.  It’s important that they have proof of workers compensation and general liability insurance, provide a complete and clearly written contract, be able to provide references, and know all the new construction codes, and adhere to a code of ethics.
