For the first time ever, the West Branch Susquehanna Builders Association is bringing a Parade of Homes to Williamsport and the surrounding area!
The Parade of Homes is an opportunity for prospective home buyers to view and visit 15-20 newly built homes. This event further provides our local association and builders an opportunity to showcase their workmanship along with the latest green trends in the industry. Many surrounding Pennsylvania Builders Associations have had great success with this event. This is an opportunity for builders, suppliers, realtors and lending institutions to reach thousands of people in the community!
During this event builders will have the full support of our Association and a variety of sponsors. Prior to and during the event, we will provide a minimum of $20,000.00 in media advertising through TV, radio, billboards and newspapers! A ‘Kick-Off Breakfast” for Parade builders and local suppliers is being planned for December 12, 2007. This will provide opportunity for builders and suppliers to network and discuss special rates and various ideas for Parade homes.
There are four sponsorship levels: Diamond, Gold, Silver and Bronze. As a sponsor you will receive many benefits from the event, including name recognition, product exposure and additional advertising through event promotion. The Parade also offers you a great opportunity to develop relationships through individual contact with the builders, which may help to build future sales for your business.
